Hi,

I can log in with my credentials on the web but not in the app.

To authenticate and connect to the VPN, you need to use the VPN.ht username and password you entered when signing up. These are not the same as the credentials for the client area.

Please follow this support document if you want to change your VPN username or password: https://vpn.ht/tutorial/general/204201704-how-do-i-change-my-vpn-credentials
