Rigidbody fixes for Ivy's metal table(s) #107

  1. Incorporate a suggestion from Ivy to apply a force to balls that have been marked as non-kinematic, meaning they should not flow back onto the pool table as often during strange physics occurrences after sinking a ball.
  2. Fix the metal table's tendency to make the cue ball spin because it wasn't being set back to kinematic after being sunk.
