[URGENT] Incorporate Varneon's VPM Port #162

Varneon has upgraded VRCBCE to use the new VPM format that VRChat is encouraging. VRChat has also opened up a submission form.

It's our moral duty to provide all creators with a cool pool table for their worlds. By any means necessary.
