Android 9+ WiFi scan throttling on Android v10 Huawei Pro #290

Describe the bug Values are not refreshed and are never updated On Android v10 (huawei p30 pro)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...' history - display values
  2. Click on '....' refresh
  3. See error Values are not refreshed : always the same

Expected behavior Scroolling of Life data

But wifi values are freezed
