Useless templates and one place for templates #465

Shouldnt this issue template be deleted if the project doesnt use blank templates and uses only specialized templates? https://github.com/VREMSoftwareDevelopment/WiFiAnalyzer/blob/master/ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md

And this pull request template move to .github file to have all github templates on one place? https://github.com/VREMSoftwareDevelopment/WiFiAnalyzer/blob/master/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md

And why there is default template, that is for bugs and bug report template?

Please use provided feature report template, do not forget to fill all required information in the template. The information provided in the template helps to resolve issues faster.

This request is not an issue or bug related to application, it is rather suggestions on how to use GitHub repositories.

Please create a pull request with updates.
