Added C# API client link to readme #82

Hey, I created a C# API client for use with my personal project. If possible, I would like to share it with the community by adding a link to it in your readme. Let me know if you would like the position in the readme or the wording to be changed, I don't mind!

@calebfaith thanks for sharing and making your work available under an open license!

This is related to https://github.com/VROOM-Project/vroom/issues/488 which is somehow stale because I didn't take care of setting up a wiki page yet. If we go that way, I guess we could have a simple generic "third party clients" link in the vroom-express readme. The other options is to build on your list and forget about the wiki page.
