Recommendation:
Disbanding small-group calls outside of class. BUT KEEP in-class small-groups.
Rationale:
From weeks of observation, small-group calls primarily serve two purposes.
(1) To provide insight to the progress of the project and
(2) to serve as a method of accountability that goals are being achieved.
These are less useful given the differing work schedules of our peers and the group check-ins held in class. Perhaps useful at some point, it has become redundant and time in-efficient.
Consider holding them on a need-to-talk basis, but maybe not every week.
Note: this is a suggestion and does not need to be put into practice.
