I'm always asked to devicelogin when run the application again #4

  1. build the application
  2. run IoTCentralApp.exe and device login
  3. Follow the wizard to do something
  4. stop the application in the middle
  5. run IoTCentralApp.exe again
  6. I'm asked to device login again

Expected: The second run should not ask me login

We won't store credential info. This is as designed.
