Cannot deploy IoT Central #7

I tried multiple times, it always stuck in the "deployment IoT Central" step:

IoT Central name does not allow capital letters, only [a-z][0-9]- allowed. By the way, the current quota of IoT Central apps is exceeded, you need to delete one in order to create a new app
