Support to select an Azure IoT Central service #9

Now console application only support to create a new IoT Central service, Can we support to select an Azure IoT central Service ?

today I should wait a long time to create IoT central service and don't give any response, so I want to select the IoT central that created yesterday, then can continue next step.
