Visual Glitch: Transparent Modal and Mouse Cursor Imprint in KDE on Wayland

--- Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open VS Code on KDE with Wayland.
2. Click any option that opens a VS Code inbuilt modal, such as 'Publish to GitHub' in Source Control.

--- Bug Description:

The modal window is transparent, the buttons are white with no text, and you can see your code through it. In Wayland, if you hover your mouse over the modal, the mouse cursor will imprint on the modal window. Additionally, if you open another window over the modal, that window will also imprint on the modal. This issue also occurs in X11, but without the mouse cursor being imprinted.
