KDE Menu using the hamburger icon does not work

Describe the bug

None of these options work.

Please confirm that this problem is VSCodium-specific

• [ ] This bug doesn't happen if I use Microsoft's Visual Studio Code. It only happens in VSCodium.

Please confirm that the issue/resolution isn't already documented

• [x] I checked the Docs page and the Troubleshooting page and my issue is not mentioned there.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install KDE on Fedora KDE, using the DNF package by @ paulcarroty (I believe this should happen on any KDE system)
2. Use the hamburger menu
3. Try to use ANY action
4. Note that the action is not performed, and the menu is dismissed

For example, here is me trying to create a new file

Expected behavior The action is performed Alternatively, hitting the "Alt" key should show the menu

Edit: Seems to happen on vscode too ...
