Demoman shield / Razorback free-hit-block functionality doesn't work consistently. #191

Lethal hits are not consistently blocked by Demo shields.

Ranged weaponry like CBS Huntsman and Easter Bunny grenades kill through shield. Goombas and stomps instakill through shield.

Non-lethal hits are not consistently not blocked by Demo shields.

Hits that would not kill, i.e. due to overheal, will still take Razorback / Demo shields away from the user.

This ended up being buggier than anticipated. If someone provides a fix, we will investigate, but cursory attempts prove futile due to the nature of Sourcemod.
