Add ability to add tags to logs for state transitions debugging convenience
Fix paused states not filtered in Guided Searcher
Fix inefficient block coverage info extraction
Remove different types of coverage (ByTest and ByEntryPointTest)

LoanExam is fully covered in less than 10 seconds with guided mode disabled (like it was before FairSearcher), with guided its still covered worse
