have prompt types? #134

could be a type that is multi-sided, participants compose their response AND categorize it as YAY/NAY/OTHER (or maybe even custom options the facilitator creates when composing the prompt text)

(patty raun of VT Center for Communicating Science was interested in trying to ensure students are confronted with a counter position [and proposed they submit ahead so facilitator could manually assign the distribution, but perhaps this would be more scalable? would also allow system to duplicate randomly when there aren't sufficient responses on different sides])
