In one class we observed, the instructor can create prompts, but even without thoughtswap, structures the class so that when a given student is presenting, one of their peers is responsible for discussion questions. It might be nice for that peer to be able to propose a question.
This would (probably) only work if the facilitator is ok with a moderation queue (because they have no way to know which belongs to the selected student). could be implemented as a side bar
