It seems there's no way to test if it will work ahead of time when creating a new action? So just gotta merge to main and hope for the best. But if modifying actions youc an test.

It failed because #124 hasn't been merged yet

Alright it officially builds the dev container. This (ci.yml) will need to be updated with format checks and to actually build the project once it gets filled with stuff
