Share command

Removed ShareInclude() function. shareinclude changed to "shareexclude" command. share and shareexclude now use share() function with new argument post.SkipModeInclude and post.SkipModeInclude respectively.

The share and shareexclude commands have the following Aliases:

• pixiv, twitter, include, shareinclude, si
• exclude, ex
