Clarify HeFFTe install instructions #19

Check where to download and link install instructions. If it's still unclear how to do it, maybe we should consider to contribute to the install instructions there as it's not the subject of this project.

Fixed the link to HeFFTe installation instructions and included a brief summary of the basic installation process. This should be sufficient to close this PR. Refer to commit (https://github.com/VTT-ProperTune/OpenPFC/commit/a41afda9f3d72d5b194bf440323343bbcb4771b7).
