latest vtta-party (2.1.0) seems to always pop up the party window when i first launch a game (not a huge deal) and even with tooltips disabled, it leaves a small popup when hovering over a token. This is on Edge on OSX.

Using Edge on OSX (not sure if related, probably the unfinished tooltip code)

Removed the debug setting to automatically display the window on startup
Switched from HTML tooltips to PIXI-rendered ones, which leave no fragments at all
