if I have multiple PCs all with the perception of 50, the goblin will only say detectable by PC"A" and not all of them, which leds me to believe the mechanism :
a- looks at the currently logged in aka "active" players
b- checks the PCs that are "owned" (maybe also "observer") by the detected active players
c- updates the "noticed by" for the above pulled list
how I'd have thought this would work :
check ALL current actors in the scene ON HOVER over a monster, regardless of the active players, or if any
for all in the pulled list, update the "noticed by"
