Improve mapping for NDLTD OAI-PMH harvest #573

Check harvest by NDLTD

Change the prefix from etdms to oai_etdms. Do not map dc.identifier.sourceurl. Map to the theses schema fields.

So it looks like NDLTD is mapping earliest ? to Date

to Creators to Contributors to Publisher Virginia Tech Theses and Dissertation to Source Sets English to Detected Language to Type derive Format? to Rights to Relation to Links & Downloads to Tag subjects Hmmm, it's getting format fields even though it is not in the etdms output.
