According to this thread, https://superuser.com/questions/1156586/youtube-dl-download-video-from-youtube-with-subtitles-tutorial, it is possible to download subtitles when they are available, which it looks like for Virginia Cooperative Extension, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCT-rsFK2y4FJDI5ful2JEiw. I have added an issue to the backlog to test this and develop instructions.
