The ASR Generated Captions (vtt) that were generated several years ago with the Google API, generally display in VTechWorks in two lines, with the newer line below the older line, which is the reverse of most other caption displays.
I recently uploaded a video, http://hdl.handle.net/10919/48180, to Kaltura and ordered and edited automatic captions and downloaded a .srt. I converted to and loaded a vtt file to the item. It plays with the newer line below the older line.
Next I uploaded the same file to YouTube and downloaded the automatic captions (without any editing) as a .sbv. I converted to and uploaded a vtt that also displays the newer line below the older line.
