Check that all items in VTechWorks can be harvested by OAI-PMH.

With this, we are able to download for a set, all the metadata from oai_dc crosswalked to MARC.

I did this for three colleges, COS, CALS, COE. I didn't see any errors but don't know if they would be reported by this method.

EBSCO completed an OAI-PMH harvest of VTechWorks on 2020-09-23 without other errors.

After editing the metadata for the 20 items in a community, the OAI-PMH for one item, https://vtechworks.lib.vt.edu/oai/request?verb=GetRecord&metadataPrefix=qdc&identifier=oai:vtechworks.lib.vt.edu:10919/86579, gave the Hokie Bird error page. I edited the special characters in the abstract and re-ran the OAI indexing but it still yielded the error page. But after a couple hours, the correct page now appears.

@sindtd replied, "Traefik is responsible for showing that page, if it thinks there is a problem. let me look at the Traefik logs a bit later, to see if there are any clues (perhaps Traefik thought there was a problem, when there wasn’t)."
