If dc.rights.uri has a URL with HTTPS, the Creative Commons logo is the generic, Some rights reserved, even though the link for the image is to the specific license. cc primary srr

If dc.rights.uri has a URL with HTTP, the Creative Commons logo and link are both specific to the license.

Therefore, we will use HTTP for all Creative Commons URLs.
