Collection showing "This collection uses custom default access settings." for Default read access #749

A certain collection shows, Edit Collection > Assign Roles > Default read access, shows "This collection uses custom default access settings."

According to http://dspace.2283337.n4.nabble.com/Collection-with-no-quot-Delete-quot-quot-Create-quot-option-on-role-td4686504.html, to fix this, we need to add policies DEFAULT_ITEM_READ=Anonymous and DEFAULT_BITSTREAM_READ=Anonymous in Authorizations > That collection.

The authorizations now match those of a similar collection.

It seems that the default policies for a collection are:

For Default read access, if you click "Restrict...", that will create a more restrictive read policy.
