Error responding to request-a-copy #788

This seems much like #497.

When a staff member tried to reply to a Request-a-copy, declining access to the document with a custom message, they received the "Page Currently Unavailable" error page. They could access the rest of VTechWorks normally. They have replied to these successfully before and since. It's just this one that is not working.

The staff member replied, This might be happening because the sender submitted a junk email address. See below in bold.

A user of VTechWorks, named xxxx xxxxx and using the email 2gmail.com7amod.333, requested a copy of the file(s) associated with the document.

I tested this on vtechwoks dev: I submitted a request for a restricted file. In the resulting request email, I clicked on the link; then selected the "Don't send copy" button.

The response was 550 5.1.1 <2gmail.com7amod.333>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table.

It seems likely that is the cause of this error.
