A gesture could be used instead of a keefile (or the password) for a two-key 
verification or as an additional verification for a three-key verification.

A problem will be syncing with a DB on a PC which will have no gesture 
detection (unless KeePass will add some mouse-fiddling magic).

Again, same as with facial recognition and NFC - this could be an application 
enhancement but not for the Dbs themselves.
