RU localization update, suggestions

New strings added, old removed. Cosmetic changes, improvements.

Sugestion 1: Brian, you are make good changes in app interface, by changing 
some menu items to icons. This are make menu more compact and intuitive 
probably for most users. Design of your app is very minimalist, and, for some 
situations it's more good than more bad.

I just suggest to change all top menu items to comprehensible icons - like 
coursive "i" for about, gearwheel for settings and "$" for donate, in addition 
to your existing icons. And dynamic icon for hide-unhide - open and closed eye. 
This may help to study changes also.
Why should this matter? Probably is not necessary to destroy the design of the 
program, based on good corporation specialists recommendations, trying to 
please everyone. And, a similar menu design used in a variety of other programs.

Sugestion 2: For some app screens, maybe more useful to No display keyboard 
automatically. Just put focus on first text field. Еxample: if i try edit some 
entry, new window is open and focused in name field and keyboard is visible. 
But, for situation for add comment or change password it's not useful. Same for 
password generator screen - before you input any text, you may need to check or 
uncheck some switches on bottom of screen. When keyboard hidden, this may 
improve usability, primarilly for small screens. What you think about this idea?
