First: the "(from [missing %{name} value])" issue is a bug in the website that Esri is looking into fixing

We moved the "Why Transparency" section to our About page.

@filkee, what do you think about Jeff's comment to mention money in that section?

The "inner views" are actually dynamic charts, but if you were using an old browser then it would just load the open data portal page. I'm assuming issues associated with that are addressed by using a modern browser

@mlofgren Can the legend in the web app builder be automatically opened?

The "Project metrics, Related Datasets missing a a picture" is probably a result of the Esri bug. All the data we're currently sharing on the site has a thumbnail, but we can't clear out the old data

On the "money" question under "why transparency", do you mean just mentioning managing tax dollars or some such thing?

On the contacts map I've made the popup and floating label text more descriptive (also per @filkee in #43)

@filkee The money comment: using tax dollars wisely and being transparent about it. Answers the question about where do all our tax dollars go. Something like that.
