After the model is set up and you run it, the model stops. It can either be in year 1, or any other year.
Happens only in versions from the GUI to late August (it is sort of resolved since end August).
The regression for some cells (sometimes only one or two, sometimes hundreds) is too high, as the new version deal with the regression slightly in a different way.
Sometimes changing the regression equation (so doing the whole logistic regression analysis) solves the deal. Nevertheless, if you have dynamic factors (such as population change), some cells can again have high values, thus stopping the model run. Peter changed the most recent version, so it does not stop the model, it only assigns a high value to the cell and provides the error message in the log file - however resulting sometimes in hundreds of such error messages making the log file more difficult to read.
Can be reproduced, happens all the time in case CLUMondo doesn't like your regression equation.
