Running out of memory #8

Error message:

Make_mat out of memory
  1. In the very beginning, the model does not yet start iterating or preparing input files.
  2. It happened once, with the versiona fter august 2016
  3. After running the model, it ends soon with this error message.
  4. Seems to be related to the memory. rerunning the model did not result in the same error message. closing all other software also helped.
  5. Seemingly random, but not really - I ran two parallel clumondo runs.
