Update installing_dax_in_a_virtual_environment.rst #438

I removed the quick install information and there's a link to the installling in a virtual environment page already on the main page. How does that sound to everyone? Do I need to move that link up further?

Related, what is the status of the readthedocs connection? Their API or credentialling changed lately. Are these docs still getting there?
