please add example #13

I didn't find pipeline.sh . Could you add it ? And Could you write code example as markdown (4 space before) , like this : 

python ./gcc.py file.pickle

Hi,

I planned to put a pipeline.sh in the repository but it turned out a bit annoying to get a solution that would work for everyone so I left it out, but I forgot to remove the mention of it in the readme. As you are not the first to ask I decided to give it a shot anyway on the wiki pages, you can find it here: https://github.com/rstraver/wisecondor/wiki/Example-Pipeline
