Hello, i bought (i really don’t know where i can ask this) a ps4 5.05 and i really don’t understand what i could do. I bought red dead redemption 2 and i can’t install it because the ps4 ask 6.00 version I was reading about spoofs but them working? It is possible a ban with a spoof?

you shouldn't be logged in on the psn network. You use the flash drive in conjunction with the dns settings for the hack, and then follow the instructions through the guide. If you update, you've screwed yourself. The only updates you should do for your firmware are through the new releases by the exploiters. Right now the most stable is 5.05, that will not play RDR2 (requires 5.55+), you can check the firmware game wiki to see which games are compatible for your firmware. There is a 6.72 but it's buggy. It's best you wait until a stable release of it before upgrading to that firmware. But the choice is yours.
