I have no idea whether using Terraria.DataStructures; using AlchemistNPC.Interface; at the top of Alchemist.cs are needed or not, needs further checking. I'm tired atm

This needs to be split into multiple prs, changing 354 files in one pr is no way ideal for either reviewing or housekeeping
