Updated to build version to 1.8.2
Reduced AlchemistCharmTier4 rarity to 11 (12 rarity no longer supported).
Fixed the bug where you could close NPC dialog, but the shop change UI would not disappear. Attempting to change shops while dialog was closed was causing the client to freeze.
