Comment Notify Mail is not translated #164

Comment Notify is a small problem:

function wp_notify_moderator( $comment_id ) in includes/pluggable sends without translation

e.g.

Kommentar: „[:en]Public visible Post![:de]Öffentlich sichtbarer Beitrag![:]“
