@yzx9 @k1moradi I just got vaa3d running using wine (I'm running archlinux, my earlier reply was on Ubuntu). If you try this, you have to use winecfg and make sure to enable "emulate a virtual desktop" and you can play around with the desktop size. I set screen resolution to 120 dpi but I will be playing with that assuming other things in vaa3d is working via wine.

(updated) can confirm that doing this breaks 3d view.

Other options: 1. Vaa3D-x Release 1.1.0 has a binary releaser for Ubuntu. 2. The program can be compiled from the source.
