Vaa3D can't open stack #2

I downloaded the latest 3.2 for windows. I try to open a stack of .jpg files. Vaa3D can't find loci_tools.jar. So, I download from OME. Vaa3D doesn't like that version for some reason.

It looks like there should be additional instructions on what files are required for setup and how Vaa3D should be configured.

At this moment, for Window version, you may have to use other tools,e.g.Fiji to save the image in v3draw/raw file, or tif file. And then use Vaa3D to load the converted file.

That works. Thanks

I saved my stack to a tif file using ImageJ. It loads fine in ImageJ as a stack, but Vaa3D only opens the first image.

IT seems your tiff file is a compressed Bgtif fie, which is not supported by our current released version. At this moment, you may have to save the image in a single 3D v3draw/raw file, or 2D image series. And then use Vaa3D to load the 3D v3draw/raw file or import 2D image series by using the "Import general image series to an image stack" option.

Thanks, that was indeed the problem, I can view it now in 3D.
