存在一个不知道是不是bug的问题 #23

前段时间和今天都出现了一个情况，如果server端掉线时间过长，client端在线，然后server端上线发现client端貌似并不会主动连接上，只有手动将client的隧道切换到其他服务端上再切换回来才可以，或者重启client端。大佬有更好的解决方案吗

这个是frp原版的逻辑，不属于bug，连接重试的逻辑是：每多连续错误一次等待时间就增加一大截。目前可能没什么比较好的处理方式，连接错误多次确实应该多等等。
