this should be pretty much:
[ ] copy of the index.html page
[ ] change the text to explain what it is
[ ] add a link in the config.yml so its in the navbar
[ ] update the populatePage function to display the links in a flat list
Extra stuff:
[ ] organize the resources by type (freebies, api's, etc. this may require changes to the airtable schema since we don't currently support that
