Map zoom for west #42

With the newest version of dev, the map zoom was changed again and West Hall was blocked by the search bar again. Changed the values in windowEventHandler in MapItem.vue. Values changed from 50 to 55. Also map was lowered by changing value from 100% to 105% in base.css
