CSS rule to hide upload button on Articles blocks it everywher #11

Might consider leaving in place as you can still upload via Media collection. Having all other collections access to media via select existing would be a good work flow.

Can still upload via Media collection so end goal of blocking upload of media in articles has been accomplished. Issue can be addressed at future date via customer react component.
