Add FAQ #29

Some FAQs can be found in discord #faqs channel. More in the VaxHuntersCan gsheet. Should link to the discord. No figma designs. Should be implemented after routing is done (merged into main).

Waiting for copy (i.e. the Qs and As) to be completed by Soniya

FYI the router has now been implemented and merged (https://github.com/Vaccine-Hunters-Canada/VaxFinder-Frontend/pull/42). The PR should be a good starting point as well to see how the routes are structured.
