Reconfigure Project directory #3

The project base directory should be in the format

dist\ deps\ src\ example\ test\ tools\

All ending with a \ denoting directory structure

Yeah I have something similar in mind to this I'm working on atm Funny how much I ran from es6 modules only to find it the only solution to my current issue
