Ignore minified files #26

Adds a reference to BuildBundlerMinifier to minify the site CSS and JavaScript during build so that these can be omitted from version control.

This makes the repository cleaner.

Not much custom CSS and no JS so this won't do much now, but will ensure it doesn't bloat the repo as more customisation is done.
