Use Generics instead of any #116

OrderPipe static methods use any, so there is no support for getters in html.

Like

 public identify<T>(index, item: T): T
    {
        ....
        return item;
    }

Would be very useful for HTML intellisense if OrderPipe.transform() has a generic signature
