Hi @fischerdouglas , are you referring to the design, when BGP-LS is established between Route-Reflectors and the Watcher?

Yep! Imagine a network with dozens on Ps and PEs. And with some BGP-LS deployed to inject some intelligence on it. In this case, the watcher would figure as a simple dummy BGP-LS PE, an extra peer on RR(controller).
